BOOKING POLICIES AT OPULENCE BEAUTY
Cancellations, No-Show’s & Reschedules
We understand that life can get busy, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your lash appointment, you can do so easily online within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Lash Fills
To qualify as a lash fill, your appointment must be within 23 days (3 weeks) of your last session, and at least 50% of your extensions should remain. If the time exceeds this or fewer than 50% of lashes remain, a full set will be required.
Fills from Other Artists
If you're coming to us for a lash fill from a different artist, we will only fill the work if it’s in good condition—clean, isolated, and at least 50% of the lashes remain. If the current extensions are un-fillable, a full set will be necessary.

At Opulence Beauty, we stand by our work! While we do not offer refunds, we do guarantee the quality of all services provided by our team. If you have any concerns with your lash extensions or any service you’ve received, please contact us within 3 calendar days, and we’ll be happy to address it.
No Children, Guests, or Pets
To ensure a focused and relaxing environment for all clients, we ask that you make arrangements for guests, child care, and pets before your appointment.
Children under 13 are not allowed in the salon unless receiving a service with parental consent.
Guests are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a calm and professional atmosphere.
Vape-Free Environment
For the comfort of all clients, we maintain a vape-free salon. Please refrain from vaping inside the salon.

For the health and safety of all clients, we ask that you disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns during your consultation. This includes any eye sensitivities, prior reactions to eyelash adhesives, or any other relevant conditions. Opulence Beauty will not be responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or medical issues.
